pretty good so far. I found it very insightful, especially about eating disorders as a way to manage embodied discomfort. I like the suggestion on values based journaling and goals based on ones core values. Just read the section on polyvagal states and working on ways to expand ones window of tolerance, especially in the presence of under-regulated people. Wow, just what I needed to read at the moment.
