Colin offered to take me the rest of the way across the country so I could see the Atlantic Ocean. And I said yes.
Even though I shouldn’t have done it. Because he’s light and he doesn’t deserve all the dark that’s in my head. I’m like a plant, though, and no matter what, I find myself leaning toward his light.
