This is a lovely book so far, and I absolutely want to finish it, but I have so many other things on my TBR that I’ve been reading in between, and I’ve kind of forgotten the beginning of the book now. I want to start over fresh at another time, because this really is the sort of story that should be read promptly once it’s begun

I won’t spoil anything by naming the character I’m talking about… but oh my god I cannot deal with this man. The book is great so far! And I cannot deal with this man…
