I couldn’t finish this book. Maybe I should try another book in this collection but the first book was so “out there” that I am not able to gain any interest in the rest of the books. I love paranormal and sci-fi books, just not this one. I couldn’t connect with the characters

I normally like R.E. Butler and I enjoyed the first 2 books. This one was too sweet for me.
