book 1 was a great setup idk if i can keep going from what i experience from chapter 13, almost feels like a foreshadow of whats about to happen to Toru. I found the theme of emptiness and numbness throughout the first book to be very prominent. Overall it was quite a heavy read.

2. Let them make their own choice by asking GUIDED questions
3. build trust and understand their perspective is the key to changing someone's mind
First chapter was overall an insightful read
Though i found the case study of Larry Trapp to be abit rush.
