i fear for what’s about to happen to me emotionally and what’s going to happen in this duet. the reviews i’ve watched have me a bit worried. i’ve been on a dark book kick and i fear this duet will have me reading other genres shortly. 😳

hmm. malachi is givin me the heavvvvy ick. blech. he’s been giving me the ick the entire
book tbh and it’s just getting worse.

i don’t love the retelling of when they were younger from malachi’s side. from before he was with the vizes, yes but after its just way too similar from olivia’s POV in little stranger. i looked through to see when it’ll be present day and its chapter 14. ugh. hoping it picks up bc i flew through LS in 10 hours.

jeeze.

currently reading the edge of darkness series. do we like the reviews, do we want more in depth?

so good. i mean, leigh rivers really knows how to grab your attention and keep it there. from the first page of insatiable i knew i was going to eat this up. it’s horribly heartbreaking with just exceptionally horrifying events but it’s just so well written. 10/10 series even though im not even finished with book 2 of the edge of darkness trilogy.

please rec more books like this!

it’s wild. i love that it picks up right where haunting adeline left off. i’m honestly terrified for what’s to come and what’s to happen to addie. 😔

just a girly with a reading problem.

honestly this book just gets more and more crazy.

SPOLIERS:
•this book is absolutely insane. i am so invested in this book it’s crazy. the stalker and the stalked slowly turning into a real romance before your eyes is wild. it’s intense and had you questioning all kinds of things. it has me questioning why i want to give the stalker, Zade a hug and tell him it’s okay. the connection forming rn between satans affair and haunting adeline is wild•
