At this point, I've nearly finished the book. The largest thing that has stuck with me since the beginning is how this book dealt with "the rest of the story." In other words, how being a "chosen one" impacts a person after they are no longer a central character and how that affects their mental state. It's something we never got to see with Harry Potter.
