It's a nice and easy read, going quickly. :) But I thought I forgot enough about what happened in the show for this to feel fresh but sadly no. :( I know the gist of what happens so I don't find myself excited to read it. Even though it's good!

I'm looking forward to reading this! As a kid I read the historical novel The Nine Days Queen by Karleen Bradford and I was devastated at what happened to Jane. The cruelty of her family using her as a pawn, the awful husband, the utter unfairness of it all. To be killed for becoming something she never wanted and was forced into! I need this retelling and to imagine a better ending for Jane. <3

Oyeh. This is feeling like a bit of a slog. :( I'm really unexcited to read it. Which makes me sad. :( Have I changed or has the writing changed? Actually it's just the System Collapse novella that's dragging, Fugitive Telemetry was a fun read. :) I think it's boring maybe coz the descriptions of empty dark hangars are excessively long and often. And there's a lot of extra useless words using "and/or" or "/".
