Great so far!

So gross… in the best way.

I think something might actually be happening now. Maybe....I won’t hold my breath, there’s still 130-ish pages to go.

I’m just past the half-way point and I’m still waiting for something to happen. The opening chapter was the best by far. Not poorly written, but maybe not my cup of tea. Will try and make it to the end but it’s going to be a bit of a slow grind.

This was one of my favourites from many years ago. Sadly I’ve misplaced my paperback copy with the cool yellow cover. :( Bought a new edition last week and decided it’ll be a great way to end the month of Spooktober.

Halfway through I realized this book is a bit of a slog. I like Moorcock and I like the idea of what this book is supposed to be, but halfway though there should at least be something of a plot developing.
