I have not been able to put this down. How have I not heard more about this book? Does it take a serious nose-dive in the second half?

Honestly, the scariest stuff for me is Nettie’s compulsion to check and re-check that she’s locked all her house doors. I feel personally called out.

Okay… I think I’m getting into it

A little nervous. I have started this a couple of times in the past and never got past 100 pages. Not because it wasn’t good - I just set it down and didn’t pick it back up. Now I’m a little over 100 pages and nothing has grabbed me yet like I usually feel with King 😬
