When I left Barnes in December, I asked everyone to give me their best recs. I was told this book was similar to normal people. Unfortunately I think that bar is too high and this book is too cringe. I will finish it tho

I can’t read this anymore

Started this on the train to Vienna and I haven’t finished:( hopefully by the end of the year

I’m not going to DNF yet but I am just not enjoying this so far. Secret History is so much better I can feel this book put me into a slump

The horrible feeling of I don’t want this to end yet I want to know everything that happens

BANANNNNNNAAAAAAAA

Tower of Babylon: too religious super cool perception tho
Understand: INSANE I really enjoyed this, great discussion of advancing intellectualism and artificial intelligence
Division by Zero: eh pretty boring I finished in like 20 minutes lol
Story of your life: I forced myself to stop with 10 pages left so I can savor. Need it tatted on me NOW

I CAN LITERALLY FEEL THIS BOOK PUTTING ME INTO A SLUMP. Going to have to read it in pieces so I’m going to start something new in the morning and hopefully read this over the next week
