I’ve been feeling like I missed a ton of back story on this so I looked and it’s a spinoff 😕 I kinda hate that fairyloot chose a book that doesn’t really feel like it actually stands alone. A ton of flashbacks and stuff but I feel like I missed all the lead up to this story.

I don’t know if I can continue reading a book if she keeps referring to her “girl parts”

Also, I’m not a fan of the synopsis being in 1st person and then the story being in 3rd person. I feel like I’ve been catfished.

So far this is getting off to a meh start. When someone’s eyes are described as “orbs” I assume I’m working with a wattpad writer and now I have very love expectations of this story.

The way this narrator pronounces Gabriel and Azrael is making me SO MAD

I’m enjoying this but also I feel like a lot is happening off page. I keep thinking I’m missing things cause conversations are referred to that happened off page. I’d prefer for the book to be longer and include these extra scenes.

Gonna try to reread this but so far the second time around this series is not good 😂😂 this was my favorite one before so we shall see.

Temporarily DNFing at 50% I just cannot for the life of me get into this book. I loved books 1&2 in this series big book 3 is just not holding my attention at all. I will probably come back to this when I’m in a fantasy mood.

I will never stop rereading this book 😌 I believe this is #5 😂

The word sniff is used 20 times in this book. That feels like a lot.

Only on chapter one of the audio but the audio quality is not good. The female narrator isn’t bad. I can hear a ton of background noise and the sound of the narrator being too close to the microphone. Not loving that.

Imma need these narrators and authors to communicate. Now the male narrator keeps switching between the female lead having a British accent and an American accent.
