This is unnecessarily confusing. I read a couple of reviews and it looks like that doesn't go away. Without Gideon, I don't feel like finishing this now, but may at another time.

On hold after description of breeding rituals. trying to decide if there is any worth at all in finishing this.

today, i was reading this book at a bar, and the woman next to me was from white bear lake. she remembered the family and had read the book.

So good, but full of things i need to take time to digest.

Dense with history, it took me a while to get started, but now I'm hooked.

this book is a horror story. i have lately been worried that i would have neurological issues and no one would be around to notice. at the same time, i can't stop reading.

I spilled water on this book, and had to buy it from the library, I now have to wait for it to dry out to continue reading.
