I like the way Ivan is written, despite being so awkward, he seems the most lifelike and easy to imagine of all the characters. But why are Ivan's chapters sO long....and so far always include a sex scene?? Why??

also Peter sucks? I hate his chapters. So maybe i don't actually mind that Ivans chapters are longer than his.

Umm................ well okay. Age-gap romance is one of my biggest icks so this better shape up to something better real quick. Coulda done without the drawn out the sex scene :/

So interesting TRUE to hear Didion speak about grief taking over the body, and yet in our current society, grief is expected to be hidden

Gosh, I'm going to have to take this slowly. You can feel her grief just dripping off the page. But what a gift to be able to write to eloquently about the people you love so deeply.

SO good so far! This has been on the top of my list for a while now and is definitely living up to the hype as of now

DNFing for now. I love TJR books and I love space, but this book is boring me to death. I just can't be bothered right now. I'll return when I am out of this reading slump

ugh i really want to like this book but it is not giving the same as other TJR reads
