Kerrin Nishimura is 11% done with Pride and Papercuts (The Austens, #5)

So far I'm finding Laney EXTREMELY ANNOYING in a way I never found Elizabeth Bennet to be. She lacks the self-deprecating humor that Elizabeth was so great at. She also comes across less subtle and more like a bludgeon when she expresses her anger. Elizabeth only reached that point after months of digs and remarks at her expense.

Finished Voyager. Liked it so much more than Dragonfly in Amber. It moved a lot faster and was more interesting I thought.

I'm enjoying the hell out of this book! Harry Truman was hilarious and the writing style of the author makes the story of the almost total collapse of the White House very entertaining. Never thought I'd say that.
