“When it comes to prayer, you can read all the classics, study the revival stories, and treasure up every biblical insight. You can memorize facts. Or you can live daily in relationship with God through prayer, insist on processing the extraordinary, the devastating, and all the mundanity in the middle with the eagerly listening father. Guess which method is more effective? Prayer is learned by discovery.”

I did not….. just ran out…. Of Spotify audiobook hours. NOT WHEN I HIT THIS PART OF THE BOOK!

Falling deeply in love with this book!

“This is why our lord says ‘he who desires to be the greatest, let him be the least among you.’ Whoever becomes the least, is already the greatest one of all. And thus the word of the gospel is fulfilled: ‘whoever humbles themselves will be lifted up.’ For our entire being is founded purely on a process of becoming nothingness” CHEFS KISS 👌🏻

Well shit… did this guy have a time machine and travel to the future? Or has humanity just never evolved from their power structures? 🤔

Love is always the driving force

This book gives me anxiety due to all its familiar governmental behaviors that we ourselves could have been caught within a slippery slope over the last 4 years if we didn’t say enough of the BS.
