book club said to read till chapter 24 but i fear i will not be able to stop there

this audiobook is terrible. i am of the opinion that unless the POV is changing across chapters, we do not need a man and woman's voice for the narrators. hearing a man's voice and then woman's voice in one chapter whenever they have back and forth dialogue is distracting

there is concern about who will get the country club membership in martha's vineyard where their second home is....

this book is feeling very wealthy

must get to chapter 50 by sunday
