Oh, what an off-putting start to the book LOL

I wasn't expecting this book to make the cry

Literally had to stop listening to this at work because it keeps making me cry. It's not even that sad, it's just so tender and sweet.

The setting of this book is so special to me. The author lives in Nova Scotia and the love she has for her province is so evident. I'm getting emotional from that alone. Truro, where my grandpa built a home that I visited every summer until both my grandparents passed away. Pictou, where I visit every summer with my parents. New Glasgow, where I spent summers gallivanting with my cousin making memories. Sobbing.

I don't think I've ever started a series over right after finishing it before but I need to fill the void until the new book comes out
