Struggling to stay engaged, and this is a 21hr audiobook. I think I’m done with this one.

This is how every story by Lovecraft starts:

I’m halfway through?! Things are pretty intense for halfway through. Also: starting to wonder if this book is some kind of sneaky Christian-messaging gotcha. But we’re also halfway through, so ample time for subversion? Eehhnn???
Anyway, it’s intense.
