A 20-something that knows nothing about sex?! You lost me. Cries because she thinks he won't fit and will be disappointed and had to have someone tell her what an orgasm is?! Ugg. I read contemporary romance for a reason, a woman who isn't confident in her sexuality is gagging to me.

Alison is 30% done with Guardian's Grace (Guardians of the Race, #1)

Started off really strong; great world building and a fun/strong heroine. Got a little frustrated that our hero didn't show up until further into the book than is normal for a PNR (she spent most of the time with the twins). Then the relationship moved super fast! You see them having coffee once, then two chapters later they are into each other (had coffee many times over the week...but you don't see those times).

I'll admit that Kira did accept the whole situation a bit too quickly...are you not upset that you lost your job, your house and now live in a different state?!

I was really nervous that this was going to turn into a "mate bond/instant love" situation, but I like how Jax is fighting it, makes it much more realistic.

Love that she kissed another guy too...he is hot? Your curious? This is my kind of woman!

Alison is 65% done with Building From Ashes (Elemental World, #1)

Finally they kiss! Can't believe I read 60% of this book before some physical action actually happened. I'm having a hard time with the whole priest thing. Being a firm atheist, it's a HUGE turn off and a very frustrating conflict for the developing romance. I'm taking a break from the book for the rest of the weekend, I need something with some romance and sexual tension...I'm a sucker for instant gratification
