For a popular science book, it is wayyy boring than I can imagine. Plus as someone who always enjoy reading nutrition, digestive system and hormones there are some very rudimentary mistakes, for example: Leptin is NOT from your stomach, it is from fat cells. So this book fails to educate nor entertain.

If you want to learn “a profitable system”, this is not the book. ( I don’t think there is such a book)

This is a good book talking about different aspects of trading: psychology, edge( momentum specific), risk (outlier events) and the most valuable- backtesting, pitfalls and how to avoid. Profound building blocks explained easy.
