Took a break from this book for a while cos reading that much about Jude is like putting bullets slowly into a gun to kill yourself but then realising that the gun jammed and you still have to read like another 20 hours worth of "I'm sorry" and "I know".
So far the only bit i have liked in this chunk is the idea of friendship and how you can't think of your life without them just because they are truly your friend.

Quarter of the way into chapter 5. If I hear Jude say "I'm sorry" one more time I'm gonna drop kick a blind person and tell them it was the wind. I'm happy with the fact he is become relatable to a very real extent but also fuck off Jude, you still annoy me.

Nearly up too chapter 5. Jude isn't that much of a nonce anymore and he's become a lot more real person too me. I would like too see some more Jb and malcolm stuff. I'm pretty happy with malcolm so far. Malcolm comes off as the most relatable too me currently. Hopefully that ain't some tumbler level opinion.
