An intriguing plot! Reads with stereotypical YA vibes. I wish Avery were more interested in her appearance. With 46 billion dollars and a makeover team at my disposal, I’d have a smidge more alacrity than our heroine. 😉 But that’s just me.💋 I am waiting for the characters to become more than witticisms.

A difficult listen! I have connected to a couple of the sentiments but they weren’t concrete and absorbed throughly enough for me to recite.
My issue with audiobooks + philosophical thought…not enough time to ponder unless you pause every other minute.

I am here for the Egyptian adventure vibes and I am receiving them.
I need to go buy some leather suspenders and don some adventure wear asap. 🧭🐪🏜️🐊
YA isn’t my speed, but the scenery is fab.👌🏻

I love The Scarlet Pimpernel so much.

This book and the theories that we see put into action is incredible. Finding out your place in a team based off of what we gain energy from is genius. Identifying what frustrates us at work helps us discover who we are and the most efficient, productive way to assemble a team and where each person thrives.

Nothing overly striking about this one thus far.
I desperately need some fascinating psychology details to enliven this tale. Mayhap’s in the second half some fascination will spark.

I LOVE this book. It’s the first Ashley Weaver book I ever read which holds an element of wonder in me as it was an introduction to such a great writer. I am loving reading this a second time round.
The name choices are superb! Electra, Major Ramsey, Captain Rafe Beaumont etc…utterly perfect!

Wow, have I finally met a YA fantasy book that I like?? Totally intriguing, well written, and not sappy. West is mysterious and captivating; I am totally shipping him and Fable.
Fable is so capable but has that human aspect to her that I like!
The rugged seashore setting is such a vibe!

Fantastic thus far! It’s going by so fast, but I want to savor every line. And oh my clubs, they just referenced Leon De Lora which means we are in the same universe as Milo and Amory. 😲🙌🏼 #fangirling

Did Milo just make me swoon!? I didn’t think it possible. Wow. 🥰 Is this what swooning feels like? I like it! Protective and sentimental Milo has finally made an appearance! Yay! I feel rewarded after so many books of waiting for this!

This is one of the most encouraging spiritual books I have ever read.
Written with depth and sincerity, it’s the perfect book to read a bit of each morning. I probably won’t finish for a while as I am only reading 2 small pages a day; it’s not about finishing fast, I’m savoring ever page.
