Bob Green divides this book into seven chapters. My favorite was chapter two, exercise. Here he details how exercise can improve immunity, decrease injuries, slow the aging process, and establish a better over-all quality of life. He explains that fitnessvinvludes: cardio, strength, flexibility, hand-eye coordination, core strength, and agility. Overall, this was a good book that encourages a healthy lifestyle.
