the dead-ends after dead-ends is probably here to give us the frustration sensation of the characters, but just seems like nothing is happening. realizing that sade is a not a reliable narrator made it better, though.

por algum motivo algo nesse livro me lembrou a princesa e o sapo (?) então tô de bom grado imaginando a amarílis como tiana e o tolú. como navee.

pelo que eu tinha visto desse aqui eu tava esperando essas duas se odiarem, ameaças, gente doida desequilibrada lidando com outra mais doida ainda, mas é só um "não fui com sua cara" instalove.

the more weird and unsettling things gets more jokes the protagonist does. easton is just like me fr 🤭😭.

idk, it's so cruel the felling that "something incredibly bad gonna happen" that is all the time in this book. even in the "happy" moments all i can think is "the ones who >really< gonna deal with what is heppen didn't even born yet, what are you expecting?" that's the sad magic of prequels i guess (hope im wrong!!! 😀😃🤡).
