It is a very slow read, because it is so informational and dry. But good knowledge to have.

Three chapters in,it sounds so much like a documentary of dead people. It seems very glossed over with all the positive traits, accomplishments, and hardships. It doesn't feel very well rounded. It sounds focused on the good, and not the struggles of the common man.

I picked this book up a couple weeks ago at the Salvation Army. I read and own Dune: House Atreides. So it is nice to add to my personal library.

You take them something, he decided. Like a cup of water or rather milk; yes, it's milk or flour or maybe an egg- or, specifically, their ersatz substitutes. looking in his refrigerator- the compressor had long since ceased working- he found a dubious cube of margarine. And, with it, set off excitedly, his heart laboring, for the level below.

The Rock Star, David Farris is total tsundere personality, which had me hooked. A hard and aloof on the outside, yet soft and understanding on the inside.
