All in all, great story so far. My biggest problem is a lack of proofreading. There are soooooooo many mistakes of your and you're, they're their and there, to and too... Not to mention poor use of commas, extra/missing words, words that should end in ed ending in es or er, etc., and just over all poor phrasing in places. It makes it very difficult to stay engaged with the story.

I couldn't finish it... I barely made it past the first couple chapters. The writing is amateurish at best. Maybe with some serious editing this could be a good book, but I just can't bring myself to continue reading.

The bones of a good story are here, the problem is in the execution. The writing is clumsy and clunky, with so much repetitive description it is distracting from the story itself. The main character faces much adversity, but perfectly overcomes everything thrown at him, too perfectly in my opinion. I think this is one of my biggest problems with the book, too much just magically falls into place with no effort.

Book 5... I'm almost tempted to stop here and read it just before Book 6 comes out... Almost!
