I read my first Muriel Spark novel a week ago, I think it's safe to say I've found a new favourite author

Early Jane Austen is insane what do you mean he showed up at your house 20 minutes ago and now you're married.

I never thought I'd see the day I read another Shadowhunter book. And yet, here we are. (why can't she just like the nice guy why is it always the asshole)

Lads I actually can't stand Maeve. Everyone hates her and she's just using her mind reading powers to hear people's thoughts about how much they hate her which results in an endless spiral of self pity. But at the same time I'm kind of enjoying this book...?
