Crawling toward the finish line as though I haven’t spent a good amount of my time with this book writing and editing my banger of a review… 🫪

Been writing the most banging review ever made of Little Women, which is slow going, but then I learned a week or two ago that there’s a word limit to reviews on Goodreads, and that I’ve definitely crossed the line.

I will have to reduce the word count heavily, and will have to see if what I churn out is worth posting after all the edits.

In the meantime, I’m enjoying Little Women immensely (unsurprisingly)!

Am in kind of a literary valley at the moment — in the middle of a chunky read (Little Women) on the one side and about to start a series of quite interesting reads on the other — and so, in-between those, I decide to read another British whodunnit.

Naturally.

Just finished chapter 4, and wow, the conversation between the main character and the physician was so good! Such delicious dialogue, and such whimsy, too, haha ( • u • ) ✨
