I began reading this today. I am trying to get back into reading again after so many upheavals in my life. I chose this book willy-Billy from my Kindle library. Since I am not very far in, I will update progress as I go.

The one thing I noticed is the female lead character seems almost whipped. I’m really hoping this changes.

Hard to put down

Have Homilies 1 & 2 completed. You can't "skip" or "scan" the writings, which means going slowly at times. The genuine pearls of wisdom and faith can make you tear up. How magnificent it would have been to hear him speak!
