I enjoyed the found family and how we got to see a little more of the girls and guys from the previous books. I also liked Penny’s backstory and how she overcame that and the justice that was served. 4 stars

I enjoyed this more than the first two I think. I liked the animals aspect and how Penny and Gabe connected through the deal they made. I also liked how Penny and him explored with each other first and then that developed into more. I do wish there wasn’t the multiple times Gabe’s past ruined there connection, although those all recovered well so it worked out.

I really need to start reviewing right after I read. I liked Alexandra and her chase’s story. I liked Rosamund and Daisy. I think this one was just alright. I honestly can’t remember my issues with it but I’m pretty sure I was thinking about giving this 3 stars so that’s what I’ll give. I did like the astronomy part. I don’t think I loved chases backstory/issues but easy read and fun

I didn’t care for the whole monster of Mayfair thing or the third act breakup kinda thing. Although it did get resolved quickly. Didn’t care for the epilogue ending with them having sex, although it was done quite tastefully. 3 stars

This was overall just okay. I enjoyed the marriage of convenience and I liked Emma as a character. Ashbury was okay. I think his scars were interesting. I also enjoyed Emma’s friends but wanted more of that. The cat was fun. I kinda felt like some stuff just happened without explanation like why Emma became friends with the group of girls.

First two books were better. I kinda liked the concept with the letters and found family. But I didn’t really care for the plot. There wasn’t really anything going on except for the lying and learning to love one another or whatever. I wish we saw more with her illustrations and love of nature. I know I had other thoughts while reading but I forgot them by now. Decent but not great. I think 2.8 rounded up to 3

I read this a lot earlier in the year. I remember liking it a lot. Didn’t technically finish bc I got bored in the epilogue, but definitely still counting it. This was such a fun and silly series

Good overall. Kinda wish Rafe and Clio’s relationship developed over a longer period bc it all happened across the week. I liked their relationship. I didn’t care too much for Daphne or teddy but phoebe and bruiser were fun. I want a book about phoebe now. I also liked how she got him a dog at the end. Honestly not a lot of thoughts. Easy and fun read, but nothing special. 4 stars

I do not remember how much I enjoyed this. I think it was a little boring and kinda didn’t have as much chemistry or whatever. Idk I don’t have many thoughts. 2.5 rounded up to 3

Fun concept and I like that they made the most of their situation with the stairs done. Everything progressed really quick though. I did think the stalker plot was interesting but a bit anticlimactic in its ending, which was pointed out. I did like the cameos with the characters from that other novella I read by her. 3.5 rounded down to 3

This one wasn’t very memorable and not as enjoyable as the others. Still a good listen I think. I like the concept of her kissing people and they fall in love with someone else but I don’t remember why that one guy was so special and didn’t have the same thing happen when they kissed. Anyways still easy to read/listen to. 2.5 rounded up to 3

This had a fun concept and I liked the childhood friends to lovers kinda aspect of it. A little bit more intriguing than some of the other novellas. 3.35 rounded down to 3

This was alright. The concept was kinda cool and I enjoyed them emailing back and forth and then eventually calling and then getting to meet. Nothing special tho and I had to come back to it bc it lost my attention a bit. Easy to listen to and a little fun. 3 stars

This had an interesting setting with her being trapped in a salon water bed thing, but kinda made it more quirky and fun and helped the banter stand out. Easy read and liked the wittiness and banter between the two. 3.5 rounded up to 4

I enjoyed this one more than the others. Sebastian and maya had a fun rivalry and this was more of a slow burn than the others which I liked. Kinda felt like the families drama was a bit pointless and once they confessed their feelings I wasn’t entirely entertained. But I did finish the book, although it took some internal convincing. Overall okay, I want to give 3.5 but kinda feeling 3. Regardless it’s a 3

My main critique was how it was handled when ransom left and got the goodnight tales read to him and then came back to confront Izzy. That whole sequence felt so off for some reason. Just out of place in the story and for the characters. Really lovely historical romance tho and I liked the castle setting and them rebuilding it. 4.25 rounded down to 4.

I really really enjoyed this! I think Izzy was sweet and it was fun that she was an author. I love a good tortured man plot-line and I thought it was cool that Random was blind. I would have liked just a little more sweet moments between the two before they confessed their love. Like more moments where Izzy comforts Ransom

Cute and unique compared to books I’ve read. I think they needed a little more substance to their feelings, like you only kissed a few times 8 years ago and now you do it again and are falling for each other? Too much talk of throwing up and all that. 3.5-3.75 rounded down.

Cute and easy read. I wish there was more connection with the characters. I didn’t like how we didn’t get to see them being together at all. I guess that’s because of the novella format but I finished it wanting more of them. The writing isn’t awful tho so I may try Abby Jimenez now bc this was my intro into her. Not much else to say, it was good/okay. 3.5 rounded down to 3

This was such a good story for a novella too. The concept wouldn’t work for a long book I don’t think. Dare I say this is the book I’ve enjoyed the most so far, it’s quite close to being top that’s for sure. Best novella definitely, reading it was so much better than listening. Also this is how I find out Christina Lauren is two people, can’t believe I didn’t know that. 5 STARS!! Maybe even 6?!

WOW this was just so wonderful and cute UGH. I loooooved this. The format of the emailing that still held substance even tho it was minimal, them going to the same school, him finding out it was her, her finding out it was him. It was just too good. I love this kind of stuff, connection over years, treasured friendships, all that. Wow wow

Also liked the risk manager x head prank guy thing. And his name was Robbie lol, I had to check

Giving this 4 stars. I also read this a month ago and forgot to review. I know this one was good too but I cared about it a little less than book 1. Brandon and whatever his name was were still great and I liked the whole exploring with each other thing. Still really liked the frat and college setting with the pranks and found family. Still super fun.

Giving this 5 stars. I read this a month ago and never reviewed bc I got busy and forgot. I loved the concept, loved that they switched up the typical big buff jock guy is dominant. He got tied up and he whimpered and obsessed with Bailey. The frat pranks part of it and overall semi ridiculousness just made for a really fun story. The found family was good too

Good, fun, easy to listen to. I liked how there was no smut. The miscommunication was annoying but because it was a novella length story it actually didn’t really matter to me. 4 stars.

Split this into two parts. I read the first half a bit ago and thought it was fine. Then I stopped it and picked up the audio book. I never listen to audio books but decided to on my walk with vina. The second half was so so. I just was underwhelmed. Kinda felt lackluster and unfinished ish. Wasn’t very compelling. 2.75 down to 2 I think

I enjoyed the side characters and am excited to see their stories. Wren and Travis’s relationship was super sweet too. Enjoyable but not my favorite. 3.5 stars but rounded to 4 bc 3 is too low and I did enjoy this for the most part. I don’t remember there being a crazy amount of smut or at least it only briefly annoyed me

I liked the first half of this a good amount. I enjoyed Travis wanting to spoil her, the marriage in Vegas that turned into the marriage of convenience, and Hannah being a gymnast. I almost didn’t finish this book bc I was bored once they got together and had the miscommunication thing, but the author handled it well and didn’t make them break up or anything so I actually was able to keep reading.

I liked both Elias and Dora. The world building was done well although a tiny bit boring. I think it could’ve been nice to see more of Elias and Dora’s relationship. But I really didn’t mind this pacing or content when reading. Nothing spectacular but really enjoyable, 4 stars
