Maureen BOOTH is 60% done with The Searchers: The Quest for the Lost of the First World War
Not a book to read in a few hours. At the end of WW1 500,000 British and Commonwealth soldiers were still missing. The search and lengths to find them commenced early in the war and still continues bringing together very personal stories and the ends to which they went to try and find their lost sons including the Psychic mediums of the day.

Maureen BOOTH is 91% done with The Shadows of Men (Wyndham & Banerjee, #5)
5th Sam Wyndham and his Sergeant Banerjee. They have a chapter each as the story develops.
Set in 1920's India at the height.of racial tension between Hindu and Muslim. Banerjee is accused of murder and we follow a twisted tale of trying to prove him innocent.

Maureen BOOTH is on page 98 of 560 of The City of Tears (The Joubert Family Chronicles, #2)
I have read "Burning Chambers" plus most of all Kate Moss's books, I was keen to read this one dealing with a Huguenot family in 16C France leaving SW France to attend a Royal Wedding in Paris with all its dangers.

Have suspended reading this for the time being, will return to it later. A lot of research has gone into the writing of this book, but a very slow begining.

Maureen BOOTH is finished with The Coldest Case (Bruno, Chief of Police #14)
The latest Bruno, a different cold case. I do enjoy read about his cooking as well as his case solving. Perhaps not his best but still a good read.

Maureen BOOTH is 80% done with The Vanishing Point
Agree with a previous review, the interviewing of Stephanie and the prolonged story leading up to the abduction though interesting was very long winded, I am now getting to the nitty gritty of the story and the ending is unclear
