The plot thickens!

Oh, it might have been a decade since I have read a Christie, and this one is amazing! I put my money on either the doctor or the lawyer to be the killer.

Oh, wow! I regained my passion for reading. I haven't gone so fast through a book in years.

Damn, this became intriguing! I bet Piranesi is the Scandinavian, and he is the last to be part of this diabolic experiment.

An amazingly drawn-out world that is equally beautiful and scary. It was a slow read though! But once you get through the first 80 pages, you finally get what the novel is about and continue reading it.

It reminds me of the painful and boring classes I had to endure by my German supervisor.

Piranesi has a boyish quality to him that I really like. The Other is menacing, but I still don't know why. It feels like he doesn't really live in the halls, but comes in to test or experiment on Piranesi.

The female version of Ged's story...

Tartt's writing feels like absorbing a painting in its finer details.

The funeral happened, and it was dark and gothic and perfect! Although the plot seems not to move at all. Only small plot details are dropped here and there. I knew Camilla is more than she lets on!

I like how Francis, Charles and Camilla are more prominent in the story now after the murder. Also, these people disgust me!

I cannot stop reading. Although for my taste the story drags a bit, there were too many details that seemed irrelevant. The police investigation was a bit boring, but I am sure necessary for whatever follows.

All the characters are awful, evil human beings, I haven't read a book where all the main characters are so abhorrent. My theory is that Camilla is more than she lets own. The secret mastermind.
