I thought it might be slightly harder to read due to the new writing format and structure. However, I quickly got used to it and it's been really interesting as the biblical part of the story is progressing. Lowkey, it's the most interesting part of the novel so far.

rather interesting start, I was afraid it'd get a bit boring but, when the main male character was introduced, the story started to pick-up and it's now more interesting.

finally decided to start reading this, but i'm scared it'll be the same as the second book and i'll get a reading slump

i like how he was the one who pursued her after getting hints that she might like him back

the first sex scenes were amazing, five stars for that alone

her continuously repeating they can't have feeling for each other because they're rivals..................... babes, you were academic rivals at best

- you don't work for the same company
- you don't even work the same role

you guys stopped being rivals the moment you both graduated and went your separate ways. this is inferiority complex.

The other book was giving "pick-me girl" energy and I wasn't having it

not sure how i'm feeling about this one
