This one is not as good as the first one :(

I am enjoying this so much - more than the other Ishiguro book I’ve read (Never Let Me Go). The main character Stephens has such an addictive narrative voice, the settings of the English countryside are so vibrant, and the story manages to be completely po-faced while also hilarious.

This is probably my favourite ASOIAF book

I’m reading this for my PhD. Is dense but awesome

So immersive, I’m obsessed

I’m enjoying it! The main character’s voice is addictive. Some parts are a bit over-written and the main Therese are baldly repeated, it could do with a little subtlety in some areas. But I’m enjoying!!!
