Her writing reminds me of Raymond Carver. So far I would say it’s about a Korean woman who is having difficulty revealing her erotic desires to her husband. Complicating it for her is that she used to be a fundamental Christian very conservative family. She’s struggling to reveal her desires because they don’t mix well with her Christian upbringing. Or being Korean.
