Just realized I haven’t read just a good old historical romance in a hot minute, I bet that’s why I’m in a reading slump!

Can’t believe I’m saying this but I think I side more with Gregory on the princes in the tower and Richard III. There were a ton of people who had a lot to gain by their deaths, and Richard had had them disinherited by law, he didn’t need to kill them. However I do not get the people that act like Richard was a hero - he disinherited his own nephews and his sister in law.

it makes sense that Anne would’ve been outspoken and intelligent and more progressive for her time, considering the learning she was exposed to in her youth, and the women she served like Margaret of Austria. It’s like a bittersweet justice that her daughter went on to be one of englands longest reigning monarchs!
