I kept reading the book and not understanding why they were so happy so quickly. I kept reading about their love and the only thing I could think would get in their way was the music and fame, but as I kept reading I didn’t understand how that would even happen. Gabriel was so in love with her that I couldn’t even imagine him cheating. & I guess I was right

This book immediatelyyyyyyyyyyyy captured my attention and has not let it go. I can’t even remember the last time I went to sleep reading and woke up to continue reading. It’s like I’m trying to sneak in any moment I can to continue this story.

But honestly, I’m not even surprised. Emery Rose only writes masterpieces and she doesn’t get nearly enough recognition for the work of art she constantly creates.

It’s easy to root for Claire when you don’t know her background of her treatment of her brother & the Lennon & London fiasco. Those things aside, Claire is likable. Especially in this book when you can see she’s just trying her hardest to succeed.

I’m having mixed emotions bc I want to root for her, but I keep remembering what she did to Lennon & Macon and I cant just forget all those years of suffering
