Why does the male lead - Damian (age 30 ish) - sound line Count Chocolate? He sounds like an old man with a stupid accent.

It was as slow going. Almost a DNF. But! I read somewhere that Sally Field will star as Tova in the movie. So I continued. The story is endearing.

I really really liked it. It moved along. Grandmas were so funny. Julian and Georgie made the story believable.

I’m glad I stuck with it. Characters maturing into adulthood.

1) I’m liking the short chapters. It’s rather ‘wordy’ and slow moving. I have to read it for my book club do I’ll kept going. I’m on page 75
