Why does the male lead - Damian (age 30 ish) - sound line Count Chocolate? He sounds like an old man with a stupid accent.

I finished it. I liked Damiano. Valentina was a bit full of herself. Lots of content and changes. Some of the content was cringe worthy. I may read book 2.
