Buddy reading takes UNFORGIVABLY LONG

I take time out of my HORRIFICALLY BUSY SCHEDULE TO FINALLY READ A BOOK
And it ends up being this…
Characters who are both inconsistent and painfully stupid, a completely unfounded and uncompelling romance, randomly gruesome and frankly unnecessary side character deaths, and a twist ending reveal that just made me groan.
It’s a do not recommend from me :)

Lovely cute wholesome amazing how on EARTH am I supposed to live up to the Heidi in this book 😹😹

You’d figure that I’d have picked this up sooner considering it is my literal namesake
