Coping with Criminal Competition Whilst Establishing an Evil Regime - Some interesting ideas here, well-written and entertaining.

Hiring and Managing Henchmen - There were some inconsistencies in this one; sometimes a paragraph would change subject and it was a bit confusing. Overall, though... well done. :)
