i feel a constant sense of dread reading this book

Writing is pretty good. Main character is angry to start, which is new. I've seen a lot about the second book, so I assumed it was out, but I guess not. Slightly disappointing. Hopefully it remains slight at the end of this book.

A lot is being thrown at me, but I'm trying to keep with it

I feel like I'm not being fair, but I also feel like I usually don't have to be.

If I don't like this book after today, I'm done. Any book that takes longer than three days is usually not worth it, and we are way past that with this book.

So this is an urban fantasy? Was not expecting that.

Oh LORD. I am immediately uneasy due to the first person narration, and of course, how could I avoid it, the title. However, the rating is HIGH (4.24 as of today). This is possibly because the book has been out for a month and a half, but we'll see. Of course I will read it.
