I've really whittled my TBR list down and am trying to read (or just decided once and for all to abandon) the books on my shelves that I have not been able to get into.

Love the opening interlude, working in sheltering cats, I can see so many of the scared and angry cats I have worked with in this scene. Also love the absolute ridiculous chaos of chapter 57 which begins "All hell broke loose in the bar." Quotable: "Freaking you out is my love language, Louis." and "Don't worry, buddy. We'll get you out of there soon. It's too dangerous right now with all the potatoes everywhere."

Supergirl goes to a goth club.

I love reading about famous trees.

Book 3 still fun! I love it when authors reference other writers’ works too. Well done!
