Love the book. The author did a very good job writing the history of the South. Many scenes and scenerios were easily pictured in my mind.

Sharon Skellie is reading The Girls of Atomic City: The Untold Story of the Women Who Helped Win World War II
Women gave their all to the war effort. The ladies of the 40s did as much at home for the war as the men did going off to fight. The determination and sacrifices and adventures they had make this book well worth reading.
