Not sure if I'll finish this book.

Very interesting reading.

Pretty good. Enjoying her style of writing.

Love the book. The author did a very good job writing the history of the South. Many scenes and scenerios were easily pictured in my mind.

Was a little slow, but it's starting to pickup.

Who knew the horrible things going on right off the Hamptons' all these years?

Women gave their all to the war effort. The ladies of the 40s did as much at home for the war as the men did going off to fight. The determination and sacrifices and adventures they had make this book well worth reading.

Each pages gets you more into the book.
