Another great title by Brooke McGlothlin. Loved her book Praying for Boys as well.

Just got through the accident... waves of tears. I can't imagine how hard it must have been for her to pen chapter 22 and all of the turmoil and chaos of the day of the accident. I do love how she weaves Steven's song lyrics into her chapters. It makes him all the more present in the telling.

Almost halfway through and I can't stop going - it's like Mary Beth and I are old friends and kindred spirits in many ways and God is using her journey to speak to my heart - much like he used Beth Guckenberger's journey as I read Reckless Faith! LOVIN it. And once again, my heart for orphans is strengthened and increased.

Why am I always so surprise when I find a book I love?
