I really like how plainly it’s written. Great way to world build and introduce ideas

Just throws your straight into the world. Havent read fantasy in a while so i think this will be something for me to get used to before enjoying the book

Weird & interesting—in a good way.
Kind of gives me catcher in the rye (which i hated) but make it comedy… is it just me?

Audio has made it more enjoyable, but i’m still not loving it. If i dont find another thing to listen to I will probably just finish it for that reason

Even though this book is action packed, it’s not resonating with me. I dont think about it or even want to read it that badly. It is a bit repetitive as well, esp for a shorter book. But it’s not ‘bad’ per se so we’ll see if i keep reading or drop it

OK a peek of the plot finally has revealed. Very slow moving book, but a great character study.

Definitely a book that over explains thoughts and the past, but so happy the plot has finally thickened and the storyline is now becoming exciting. Happy to have made it here lbs

Idk it’s kinda dragging for me. It’s reading like contemporary fiction rather than a suspenseful or horror book. A little too much character insight. I’m scared this chunky book is going to be the reason i dislike it

Pretty descriptive already.. just drops you in as well. Excited to see how this develops

Idk why but i’m not in love with this book but it is very engaging. Didn’t expect this much romance in it as well
