Do you ever want to scream and throw things? Yeah me too.

I have mixed feelings about this book. It's not super original, but puts a new spin on favorite tropes. The main character can be perceived as a ditz but it feels like we're supposed to think that. The main love interest is complex, but also the only one to speak highly of the MC.

I liked it, don't get me wrong, but that's bc I'm a sucker for a slow burn with lots of pining from the love interest and a dense MC.

It's not good but I'm having a good time so it's good?

I think I've seen this plot before 👀🤷🏻‍♀️

Having nap traped myself in the nursery where my bookshelves also happen to be I picked this tome up and found myself pleasantly entertained. I'm going to forget my phone more often in the other room.
