Some very good input. Interesting structure by the two authors. But repeated contrasts initially appear as different perspectives, later became quite distracting. Strunk and white book is a much better though this book gives another perspective on the same subject

This is not a time management book but a philosophical perspective to life and time. A great summary if found somewhere would be a better read…

First quarter of the book is philosophy of time management. Good perspective.
