Moving to The Story Graph dot com and leaving Goodreads (Amazon) behind. <3 Much love, everyone!

I don't think of this a thriller or suspense at all, but it's managing to hold my curiosity well enough.

So, this whole year I feel like I'm constantly visiting my mother in the hospital or she's home and taking her to the doctors. My reading goal has taken a hit, but I'm so privileged to be in a position to care for my Mom like that. Eff cancer and all the fallouts of treatment, hug your loved ones. <3

Diving right into the next book without having to wait? Good stuff...༼♥ل͜♥༽

I decided to re-read this and then finally continue on with the series. I'm in a mood where a darker read suites me. Also, I struggled last year more than once with "feeling like reading" and this year has continued on the same path so I think going for something I already know I like might reignite me a bit. :)

Very much a driving heist, but there's all these lil hints of family I ove. And I'm not a car person, other me saying ohhh pretty car and it makes the noise! but it's still keeping my attention.

I'm not sure where this is gonna go, but I'm liking it so far...

Okay...so I thought this was gonna go a different way (and I have to say I would've preferred that) but I'm gonna finish because I still haven't figured out if Lex Poetelia Papiria (let's pretend I'm smart and didn't have to look that up) didn't exist or we just thought debt bondage needed to come back?? Super messed up, so perfect for the holidays! lmao

Okay, ya bailing on this one...I wanted more of a book about Coffee and this is more like gap year frat guy telling you his stories at a house party not getting the hint that you're trying to get to the drink station behind them XD

I've actually had this listed as reading and I'm only now picking it up, "During the next ten years Ethiopia fell to pieces. Millions died in famines, civil war broke out, and eventually the country split in two. My life was hardly better run." oh no...oh NO it's gonna be written by a douche-nozzle isn't it? The hell is that comparison??? o_O

I gotta say as someone who loved the movie, wowee I am having a harder time with the book. Love the idea on time travel this way...but Richard is...a lot. I'm trying to picture Christopher Reeve, a sweetie, but I keep picturing that person that follows you off a train that gives you murder vibes. Oops.

Hmm...not sure about this one.

I'm jumping all around with books, really wish I could just program myself to stay focused, lol. But this is for the Magical Realism badge for my Libraries summer reading program!

Back with my Witches...it's a Christmas one which feels WEIRD to read at the end of May, but oh well!

So, loving the mission to mars as a backdrop for a meet-cute love story set in (eventually) humid-ass Houston, don't really care for "reality" TV (unless World of Dance of American Ninja Warrior counts lol) and I'm not a social media influencer person (I prefer here and the trash heap that is Tumblr) so those bits aren't for me. Also...I hope I end up liking Cal more.

While the mission to Mars is a change as far as backstories go, I am not a fan of reality TV (outside of dance competitions and whatever the hell American Ninja Warrior counts as) or social media influencer vibe, lmao. So Cal is not my cup of tea, but we shall see where this goes...

Okay, after my last read I need fluffy first loves and NASA and hopefulness...hopefully, this isn't gonna kill me. XD

Why am I starting ANOTHER book when I have three unfinished? Because I'm book-trash! XD

Very short into this and decided to take a pause, no issue with the writing or story other than I don't wanna read the teacher right now.
